The fees for filing an application with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Migration and Refugee Division) are the following:
Application fees - Review of decisions other than decisions relating to protection visas | $3,496 |
Application fees - review of reviewable decisions relating to protection visas | $2,151 |
Federal Circuit Court Fee Increases
The Fees for filing an application with the Federal Circuit Court for a migration decision has also increased from 1 July 2024:
Full fee for filing an application | $3,920 |
Reduced fee under s 2.06A | $1,960 |
