We require information on your background to be able to provide you with advice on your situation. You will be asked for this time at the time of booking your consultation. Failure to provide us with the requested information could result in the consultation being cancelled.

Consultation Fees

Consultations fees must be paid prior to the appointment i.e. at the time of booking the appointment.The fees can be paid by credit card while making your appointment. If you have not paid for a consultation before 5pm the day before your consultation, we cannot guarantee that your appointment will take place. Where you pay after 5pm, your appointment will be rescheduled to the next mutually agreeable time. If you have any questions please contact us directly.

 

Cancellations / No Show

We do not offer refunds for cancellations, lateness or no shows. If the cancellation has occurred due to some unforeseen circumstances that is outside the scope of your control, we will consider refunds on a case by case basis. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the consultation fee will not be refunded and you must re-schedule your appointment by paying the consultation fee again. Please make sure, you arrive on time for your consultation. If you arrive late to your appointment, you may not receive the full allocated time with your advisor.
