ACT Nominated Migration Program Occupation List

To be invited for nomination you need to have an occupation on the ACT Nominated Migration Program Occupation List.

Points are awarded if your nominated occupation is on the ACT Nominated Migration Program Occupation List, or you are working in an occupation on the list.

​

The ACT government can put a cap on the number ACT nominations for each occupation on the ACT Nominated Migration Program Occupation List.This means you may not be invited to apply for ACT nomination if the monthly cap for your nominated occupation has been reached.

The ACT Nominated Migration Program Occupation List is updated annually prior to the new financial year. It changes with the critical skills need of the ACT government.
